EMS|MC is seeking a Revenue Cycle Specialist to review and process health insurance claims across stages of the revenue cycle, ensuring timely and compliant processing to maximize reimbursement for assigned clients.

You will monitor client performance, provide proactive feedback, and coordinate with payers to resolve issues, while staying informed on payer regulations and industry changes. This role requires strong attention to detail and office-based collaboration.

Formación

• High School Diploma.
• 1–2 years experience processing health insurance claims and/or denials or other healthcare accounts receivable experience, or 1–2 years medical billing experience or at least 1 year EMS billing experience.
• Ability to learn, understand, and work within specific compliance, client, and payer requirements.
• Proficiency in English for job-related communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor client performance to maximize reimbursement.
• Provide proactive feedback to operations staff on workflows, trends, and payer regulations.
• Initiate timely communication with payers to resolve deficiencies.
• Prioritize processing of claims, denials, appeals, and follow-ups per SOPs and SLAs.
• Work independently to analyze problems and drive resolution.
• Collaborate with supervisor and team to ensure high reimbursement and adherence to procedures.
