Profectus in Dallas, TX is seeking a Senior Attorney to join our growing insurance defense practice. The ideal candidate will handle first-chair and second-chair trials, manage complex cases from intake through verdict, and mentor junior attorneys within a collaborative team.

You will develop litigation strategies, take and defend depositions, draft motions, and provide strategic guidance to clients and carriers. The role offers hybrid work flexibility and strong growth opportunities.

Competenze

• 10+ years of insurance defense litigation experience.
• Significant first-chair trial experience through verdict.
• Significant second-chair trial experience supporting complex matters.

Mansioni

• Independently manage a diverse caseload of insurance defense matters.
• Serve as first-chair counsel in trials, arbitrations, mediations, and hearings.
• Act as second-chair counsel on complex, high-exposure matters.
• Develop and execute litigation strategy from intake through resolution.
• Conduct and defend depositions, including expert and fact witnesses.
• Draft and argue dispositive and evidentiary motions.
• Prepare witnesses, experts, and clients for trial.
• Mentor and develop junior attorneys and staff.
