We Are Legal Revolution in San Antonio, TX seeks an experienced Senior Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney to manage a busy docket and shape case strategy. The role offers meaningful responsibility, client-facing work, and opportunities for long-term advancement.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of insurance defense experience, Texas bar admission, and a JD from an accredited school. The position supports a hybrid schedule with in-office presence four days a week and a clear partnership track.

Competenze

• 5+ years of insurance defense experience in litigation.
• Active Texas bar admission in good standing.
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Ability to manage a docket with deadlines, priorities, and case strategy.
• Strong legal writing skills and comfort with motion practice.

Mansioni

• Manage insurance defense litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft and argue motions, including dispositive motions as appropriate.
• Take and defend depositions, including party, fact witness, and expert depositions.
• Handle written discovery, including drafting and responding to requests and motions to compel.
• Appear at hearings and support trial preparation, including witness preparation and exhibit organization.
• Evaluate liability and damages exposure, develop case strategy, and prepare status reports.
• Work with clients and carriers on litigation strategy, budgets, and settlement posture.
• Participate in mediations and settlement negotiations.
