The Hustead Law Firm in Denver Tech Center is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support multiple attorneys through all stages of litigation, with emphasis on case and file management, discovery, and trial preparation.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of litigation experience (insurance defense preferred), strong research and writing skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation experience supporting multiple attorneys
• Familiarity with common litigation documents (complaints, answers, notices, motions, orders)
• Knowledge of FRCP, FRAP, and state court rules
• Strong writing and analytical skills for drafting documents
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Responsabilités

• Assist with all phases of litigation support, case and document management, discovery coordination, and trial preparation
• Prepare and format pleadings and other legal documents
• Document review
• Interact with clients, experts and witnesses in person and in writing
• File legal documents in Federal, State, and Appellate Courts (electronic and paper)
• Monitor case docket and maintain active case files
• Perform legal research and factual investigations
• Coordinate and schedule calendars
