The role blends hands-on litigation with strategic oversight of outside counsel, demanding strong judgment, courtroom experience, and the ability to navigate risk across a diverse portfolio. Hybrid work involves 2–3 days onsite weekly.

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• 6+ years of litigation experience.
• Demonstrated trial experience, including personally handling cases through trial.
• Strong legal judgment and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Our client, a highly respected financial services organization, is seeking experienced litigation attorneys to join its in‑house legal team. This role offers the opportunity to influence litigation strategy, manage complex disputes, and partner with business leaders on matters that have significant operational and financial impact.

This position is ideal for attorneys who enjoy both hands‑on litigation work and strategic oversight of outside counsel. The successful candidate will bring substantial courtroom experience, strong judgment, and the ability to evaluate complex risk and exposure across a diverse litigation portfolio.

What You’ll Do
