Qualifications

• JD from an ABA approved school.
• Licensed in your state.
• 8+ years of solid litigation experience, including discovery and trial prep.
• Experience handling insurance defense matters preferred.
• Proficiency with time management systems.
• MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Outstanding listening, verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Develop a compelling case theme for high-exposure matters.
• Lead and manage court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials.
• Collaborate with teams across levels of experience.
• Maintain routine client communications.
• Cultivate relationships with current and prospective clients.
• Provide leadership to junior attorneys.
