Qualifications

• JD from an ABA approved school.
• Must be licensed in your state.
• 8+ years of solid litigation experience, including discovery and trial prep.
• Experience with managing full case handling and trial preparation.
• Experience handling insurance defense matters preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Develop a compelling case theme for defense strategy.
• Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs and trials.
• Work as part of a team with varying levels of experience.
• Maintain routine client communications.
• Cultivate relationships with current and future clients.
• Provide leadership and direction to junior attorneys.
