Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-approved school
• Licensed in your state
• 8+ years of litigation experience incl. discovery and trial prep
• Ability to manage full case handling incl. discovery and trial
• Experience with time management systems
• MS Suite proficiency (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Independent thinking with minimal supervision
• Strong listening, verbal and written communication
• Professional appearance and demeanor

Responsibilities

• Develop a compelling case theme that stands out in defense
• Refuse mediocrity and strive for excellence
• Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
• Collaborate with team across experience levels
• Maintain routine client communications
• Build and nurture relationships with clients
• Provide leadership and guidance to junior attorneys
