BCG Attorney Search seeks a Senior Attorney with extensive Insurance Defense experience to join a Hartford, CT firm offering a remote work option. You will defend a wide range of matters and manage cases from inception to trial, maintaining independence and delivering strong advocacy.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in insurance defense, a Juris Doctorate, and an active Connecticut Bar license; multi-state licensure is a plus. Comprehensive benefits and flexible schedules are provided.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in insurance defense.
• JD required; bar admission.
• Ability to work independently and manage cases from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Defend a variety of insurance defense matters.
• Handle general liability, personal injury, product liability, and professional liability cases.
• Write motions and legal memoranda, summarize depositions, and prepare for trials.
• Work independently from suit inception to settlement or trial.
