Ideal candidates hold a Juris Doctorate and have an active Connecticut Bar license, trial experience, and the ability to draft motions and summarize depositions.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate Degree is required.
• Active Connecticut Bar license is required.
• 3+ years of Insurance Defense experience.
• Trial experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Defend Insurance Defense matters including general liability, personal injury, product liability and professional liability.
• Manage matters from inception to settlement or trial.
• Draft motions and legal memoranda; summarize depositions.
