The ideal candidate will bring five years of experience, knowledge of Coverage B issues, and familiarity with AI tools, supporting internal clients nationwide. This is a full-time on-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Five years of prior legal experience as a practicing insurance coverage attorney.
• Knowledge of Coverage B related issues.
• Experience leveraging AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Advise on moderately complex legal issues to internal Business Torts and Technology teams on Coverage B matters.
• Manage a docket of complex Coverage B litigation across the United States.
• Select outside counsel and oversee day-to-day handling of complex coverage litigation.
• Research legal principles and precedents in the area.
• Identify and communicate risk and suggest mitigations.
• Draft, negotiate, and execute legal documents.
• Maintain awareness of external judicial developments.
• Build and maintain internal and external client relationships.
• Utilize technology and automation in the practice of law.
• Conduct legal training.
• Role is an individual contributor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
