Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to enterprise and business units on insurance coverage and disputes.
• Conduct research, draft opinions, and attend meetings to advise on claims and litigation.
• Retain and manage outside panel counsel as needed and participate in settlements.
• Lead training and major company projects requiring legal expertise.
• Give work direction to staff and coordinate depositions/hearings with outside counsel.
• Identify risks, design controls, and educate personnel on legal matters.
