Responsibilities

• Defend litigation cases involving auto liability, premises liability and other personal/commercial lines through all phases of the legal process.
• Provide clear, timely communication to clients regarding legal and factual developments in cases.
• Collaborate with claims supervisors and stakeholders to align litigation strategy with business objectives.
