Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States seeks an experienced regulatory compliance professional to oversee the full lifecycle of law change management for insurance operations, including intake of updates, impact assessment, stakeholder communication, and implementation review.

You will conduct research on emerging compliance inquiries and risks, support regulatory inquiries and audits with business leaders, and contribute to reporting, attestation, and penalties analysis while advancing sanctions,

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance regulatory affairs, compliance, or audit.
• Ability to analyze state insurance laws, regulations, and guidance.
• Experience interacting with regulators and responding to inquiries or audits preferred.
• Strong understanding of P&C insurance operations and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end law change management lifecycle, including intake, impact assessment, stakeholder communication, and implementation review.
• Research emerging regulatory issues, projects, and risks.
• Support regulatory inquiry responses with Legal and business leaders.
• Review regulatory complaint responses across claims and underwriting lines.
• Contribute to monthly reporting, rate attestation, and penalties analysis.
• Assist with developing sanctions, privacy, AI, training, and other compliance programs.
• Execute spot audits and targeted reviews to assess compliance and control strength.
• Drive risk-based remediation with documentation gathering and findings analysis.
