In this role, you will partner with claims teams to devise strategies for resolving disputes, manage litigation, and provide comprehensive legal support for various company matters.

The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in property and casualty insurance law, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid role based in Beverly, MA.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in property and casualty insurance coverage or liability defense.
• Experience preparing insurance coverage opinions.
• Ability to establish effective relationships within teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and guidance to Claims teams.
• Develop strategies to resolve coverage disputes.
• Prepare coverage position letters on complex claims.
• Assist in preparing witnesses for litigation.
• Research and analyze coverage issues.
