Sierra Nevada Corporation is seeking an Engineering Technician IV to oversee intricate instrumentation systems, lead calibration and testing, and mentor technicians in Dayton, OH. You will collaborate with instrumentation and test engineers to assure high-precision assembly and data analysis across complex projects.

The role requires strong leadership, circuit-level troubleshooting, and the ability to interpret technical schematics.

Formación

• Associate's degree in a related field of study.
• 5+ years of experience as a technician or in a related field.
• In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 7 years of related experience is required.
• Ability to understand and interpret moderately complex technical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, manuals, and publications.
• Thorough understanding of standard laboratory test equipment, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, oscilloscope, Pitot static equipment, and other measurement tools.
• Advanced skills with assembly, connectors and crimping techniques.
• Expertise in maintaining and troubleshooting complex systems.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required.
