Job summary

Linde Inc. is seeking an Instrumentation & Electrical Technician in Wilmington, CA. You will support and maintain instrumentation and electrical equipment while following safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; AS degree or apprenticeship preferred.
Experience installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and refurbishing instrumentation in a continuous chemical operation environment.
Ability to read P&IDs, SWDs, and single-line diagrams.
Proficient in Allen Bradley ControlLogix.
Willingness to work overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

Support and maintain instrumentation and electrical equipment safely and efficiently.
Calibrate, test, and functionally check instrumentation and control elements.
Create and update instrumentation service reports using a CMMS.
Troubleshoot 4-20 mA and 3-15 psi control loops.
Support plants in Wilmington, Long Beach, and El Segundo, CA.
