Zusammenfassung

STV, Inc. is seeking a Senior Instrumentation and Controls (I&C) Engineer in Texas to lead design of water and wastewater projects. You will develop control narratives, SCADA designs, wiring diagrams, P&IDs and installation details, while producing cost estimates and project specs.

The role requires a Texas Professional Engineer license or ability to obtain one, plus 10+ years of experience in water/wastewater control systems and strong communication skills. AutoCAD experience is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from ABET-accredited university.
• Minimum of 10 years designing control systems for water/wastewater or industrial facilities.
• Licensed Professional Engineer or ability to obtain Texas license.
• Knowledge of ISA, NFPA 70/70E/820.

Aufgaben

• Produce contract documents, plans and specifications.
• Develop control narratives, instrumentation and control plans, SCADA design.
• Develop wiring diagrams, loop diagrams, I/O lists and panel layouts.
• Prepare cost estimates, project specs, and scopes of work.
• Perform site visits, assist commissioning, and provide engineering oversight.
• Oversee project management, client interface, and mentoring of EITs and interns.
