Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle, Inc. seeks a Senior Instrumentation and Process Calibration Technician to oversee calibration, maintenance, and optimization of complex instrumentation across campus facilities and process equipment.

The role involves troubleshooting, working with external service providers, and safeguarding equipment integrity and personnel safety. The position requires extensive technical expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership in calibration programs, with a focus on CGMP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Instrumentation, or related field.
• Minimum five years of hands-on instrumentation, controls, and calibration experience in pharma/biotech or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of calibration standards, documentation, and CGMP/21 CFR Part 11.
• Experience with calibration software and diagnostic tools; familiarity with BMS/CMMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and calibrate instrumentation across building automation, process control, and analytical systems.
• Perform multi-point calibrations with NIST-traceable standards and verify measurement accuracy.
• Manage calibration data, generate certificates, and ensure IQ/OQ/PQ compliance.
• Lead vendor relationships and training for calibration staff.
