Job summary

Collabera is seeking a Senior Instrumentation and Electrical Designer for an on-site role in Midland, TX. The position requires extensive I&E design and drafting experience, along with leadership in coordinating project teams and reviewing third-party packages.

AutoCAD proficiency and travel readiness are essential. The role offers full-time employment with a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $150,000 per year, along with standard client-provided benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency with college or technical school training (2 year CADD/drafting degree preferred).
• Minimum of 8 years of pertinent design experience, including 5 years of project coordination experience.
• Relevant drafting/design experience with recent AutoCAD experience.
• Strong plant and/or pipeline-related design experience.
• Ability to mentor less experienced I&E Design Coordinators and willingness to travel by air or auto to facility sites as needed.
