Philadelphia Gas Works is seeking a Senior Instrument Technician to join our team in Philadelphia. The role focuses on instrument calibration, maintenance, and safe operation of gas plant instrumentation, including DCS equipment, with emphasis on safety and compliance in a demanding environment.
The position is full-time with starting pay at $39.46 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits. Candidates should be capable of interpreting complex drawings, maintaining instruments, and complying with all
Competenze
- Requires high school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license and CDL required.
- ISA certification or equivalent preferred.
- Drug testing position.
Mansioni
- Ensure safety performance of all job assignments and maintain good housekeeping.
- Install, operate, test, calibrate, maintain and repair instruments (electronic, mechanical, pneumatic).
- Work from drawings, specifications and sketches to complete assignments.
- Calibrate and troubleshoot instrument loops.
- Report repairs, tests, inspections and calibrations of instruments.
