Job summary

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in petrochemical maintenance, proficiency in SAP PM, BOM management, and strong communication. This role emphasizes safety, reliability, and efficient resource use at a major refinery-site operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an instrument/electrical/analyzer maintenance technician in a petrochemical or refining environment.
• Strong proficiency in SAP PM, including work order planning, task list development, BOM maintenance, and labor estimating.
• Ability to develop detailed maintenance work packages from field scope through execution.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for personal safety and promoting a safe work environment.
• Plan daily work and create equipment task lists for areas of responsibility.
• Ensure adherence to the Maintenance and Operations Workflow Process (MOWP).
• Procure materials and services using Outline Agreements.
• Create and update equipment BOMs.
• Assemble job plans for execution and coordinate with supervisors and craft personnel.
• Conduct field walks to validate scope and assess risks.
• Ensure readiness of materials, contractors, and third-party services before scheduling.
