Job summary

Science-and-Engineering-Services,-LLC- in Huntsville, AL seeks a Senior Instructor II to lead in developing coursework, conduct training, and evaluate students based on project specifications.

You will work with Army SAT/ASAT processes, manage 3-5 instructors, and mentor a project team while ensuring deliverables meet schedule and budget. Applicants should be able to lead collaboration across teams and deliver multiple courseware products.

Qualifications

• Fifteen years of combined military and civilian experience.
• Education/experience may be substituted per hiring manager.
• Must have or be able to obtain a secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Familiar with TRADOC Regulation 350-70 the SAT/ASAT process and Army program courseware development.
• Critical thinking analysis, training design methodologies and processes to maximize project benefits on the modern-day battlefield.
• Superior ability to develop and integrate module content, materials, and media to meet deliverable specifications and support learning goals.
• Project development experience using project management standards and processes.
• Track and communicate project status, identify and resolve issues, and work within budget.
• Must work cooperatively as a team member and leader and also independently.
• Lead, mentor and manage a team of 3-5 instructors in developing multiple courseware products simultaneously.
• Manage multiple projects with competing requirements.
