United States Space Force is seeking an Instructional Systems Specialist in Colorado. The role designs, develops, and evaluates technical training courses, instructional materials, and measurement devices based on educational problem analysis.

The incumbent provides supervision to the Training Development Section and leads strategic planning for course development aligned with AF, AETC, and ARPC objectives. This position is eligible for telework and offers a posted salary range.

Qualifications

• Education must be accreditable and transcripts may be required; foreign education can be used if equivalent to U.S. programs.

Responsabilités

• Be the single point of contact for designing, developing, and evaluating technical training courses, instructional materials, and measurement devices.
• Supervise, plan, direct, and organize the Training Development Section and its staff.
• Develop strategic plans for training programs aligned with AF, AETC, and ARPC objectives.
• Represent Training Development with installation and functional-area organizations and provide supervisory guidance to staff.
