Formación

• Full 4-year course of study leading to a bachelor’s degree.
• 24 semester hours in instructional areas related to the work.

• Apply knowledge of learning theory and instructional systems to design, develop, and evaluate instructional materials.
• Develop plans for evaluation of training programs, tests, and surveys; ensure reliability and validity.
