Everforth Apex Systems seeks a senior Instructional Designer to build a mature training system for Fleet Operations in Hayward, CA. You will translate dense technical content into structured, competency-based learning across virtual, instructor-led, and hands-on programs.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years’ experience in technical environments, mastery of Articulate 360 (Rise/Storyline), Google Workspace, and an enterprise LMS like Docebo. On-site role with strong collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Education: professional certificate or Master's degree preferred in instructional design or related field.
• Experience: 5–7 years in instructional design within technical, industrial, or regulated environments.
• Technical translation: translate dense docs into engaging, competency-based learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop a structured curriculum for manufacturing and logistics teams across virtual, instructor-led, and on-the-job training.
• Create modules using e-learning suites, ensuring accessibility and best practices.
• Collaborate with SMEs and technical writers to translate complex work instructions into interactive materials.
• Develop assessments and practical qualification checklists to verify competency and retention.
• Standardize on-the-job training processes, bridging virtual learning with supervised practice.
