• Three+ years of Instructional Design experience with adult learning principles and curriculum development.
• Three+ years of Technical Writing translating complex technical content into clear learning materials.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end curriculum design, including job task analysis and competency mapping.
• Design learning solutions across instructor-led, digital, simulation, and field environments.
• Apply adult learning theory and competency-based design to ensure measurable job performance and safety outcomes.
• Partner with SMEs and leaders to translate technical work into scalable learning solutions.
• Leverage training facilities, simulators, and hands-on environments to support skill development.
• Establish evaluation methods to assess training effectiveness and drive improvement.
• Ensure instructional quality and alignment with regulatory and business requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to instructional designers and training developers.
