Job summary

Amentum, a global leader in engineering and technology, seeks an Instructional Design Specialist to support the HTASC program at Fort Huachuca, AZ. This full-time on-site role will focus on developing and updating training for intelligence professionals.

You will apply ADDIE, design CBT/IMI lessons, and collaborate with civilian and military staff to deliver effective courses that enhance national security and mission readiness.

Qualifications

• Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility required.
• Master’s Degree in Curriculum Development.
• Three years of curriculum development experience; two years in a DoD/military setting using ADDIE.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• At least 24 credit hours in adult education.

Responsibilities

• Support HT-JCOE CBT/IMI lesson plan development for HT-JCOE J7.
• Redesign/revise HT-JCOE courses.
• Identify gaps in learning and implement instructional design opportunities.
• Support all ADDIE phases.
