Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI FS Poly clearance.
• ADDIE or Agile instructional design methodologies.
• Multimedia and web-based training content from storyboard to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analysis to identify gaps and learning objectives.
• Design and develop training curricula aligned with government standards.
• Create multimedia and web-based storyboards with visual engagement and instructional integrity.
• Develop end-to-end training materials including e-learning modules and instructor guides.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using Kirkpatrick or similar metrics.
• Collaborate with SMEs in data science and technology to simplify complex concepts.
