Team Carney, Inc. is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer / Consultant to modernize the USPTO training curriculum. The role is fully remote with a preference for candidates in the DC/MD/VA area.

You will lead Training Consultation for Program Revision and craft the overarching curriculum blueprint as part of a high‑performing team. Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Adult Education, or Curriculum is required, with consultation experience for potential legal content highly valued.
