About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Senior Institutional Sales Executive to join our team at LMAX Digital. In this role, you will play a key part in driving sales growth, building relationships with institutional clients, and contributing to the continued success of the company in the cryptocurrency space. This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact in a dynamic and fast-paced industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with LMAX Digital's business objectives, identifying market opportunities to drive growth and enhance revenue
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with institutional clients, understanding their unique needs and ensuring their satisfaction. Serve as a key point of contact for high-value clients, addressing inquiries and providing tailored solutions
  • Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, contributing to the expansion of LMAX Digital's client base and increasing market share. Work closely with the marketing and product teams to refine value propositions and improve market positioning
  • Sales Performance & KPIs: Establish clear sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies. Leverage data-driven insights to optimize sales processes, improve performance, and ensure the achievement of revenue goals
  • Team Collaboration & Support: Work alongside a high-performing sales team, sharing best practices and offering mentorship to junior team members. Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement to ensure individual and team success


Requirements

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Sales, Finance, or related industry experience
  • A proven track record in sales, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in the cryptocurrency exchange, fintech, or institutional sales sector
  • Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with institutional clients, with the ability to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth, and contributing to the overall success of a sales organization
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage at senior levels
