Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 4 years in institutional research or related areas.
• Experience with Banner, data management, and analysis.
• Knowledge of STATA or other similar statistical packages (SPSS, R, SAS) and knowledge of SQL or Python.
• Master’s degree preferred and ability to write and interpret statistics syntax; strong Excel/SQL/Python skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs data analysis in support of institutional research and planning efforts.
• Creates, maintains, documents statistical programs and reports for surveys and data requests.
• Designs web-based data collection and reporting mechanisms.
• Leads quantitative and qualitative research and shares results with staff and faculty.
• Prepares institutional studies, plans and program assessments as directed.
• Provides data analysis to planning bodies such as the strategic planning steering committee.
