Position Summary

The Institutional MHAS plays a critical role in engaging with healthcare providers at community mental health centers, behavioral health centers, and hospitals to promote BMS medicines, supporting the US launch of COBENFY for schizophrenia. The role involves building credibility, providing scientific dialogue, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer experience and ensure appropriate product use.

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Promotion

• Promote BMS products within the territory to meet sales targets in a compliant manner.
• Create demand by articulating the clinical rationale for product use.
• Maintain scientific expertise and develop comprehensive territory and account plans.
• Build relationships within hospitals and healthcare systems, understanding access, reimbursement, and treatment pathways.

Scientific Dialogue

• Present scientific data accurately to healthcare professionals, conduct educational programs, and stay current with emerging data.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure optimal customer experience and promote products effectively.

Compliance

Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Advanced scientific degree or 5+ years in pharma/biotech sales or related healthcare roles.
• Ability to communicate complex scientific data convincingly.
• Experience engaging with community and hospital-based healthcare providers, especially in Psychiatry and mental health settings.
• Strong account management and sales track record.
