The ideal candidate has 7+ years in security system installation, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of security systems, network integration, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute the installation, configuration, and maintenance of high-end security systems or fire systems.
• Provide expert-level technical support and troubleshooting for complex security issues.
• Lead and mentor a team of technicians, offering guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
• Develop and implement best practices and procedures to improve installation efficiency and service quality.
• Conduct system audits and assessments, providing recommendations for system enhancements.
• Prepare and review detailed technical reports, installation plans, and project documentation.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• A high school diploma or equivalent; an advanced technical degree or certifications are preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in security system installation, with a strong focus on high-complexity and high-security environments.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing installation teams.
• In-depth knowledge of security systems, network integration, and advanced troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication, project management, and client interaction skills.
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Senior-level certifications, such as CPP or CISSP, and extensive industry experience are preferred.
• Multiple access control certifications and/or a master's license are preferred.
• A proven track record of managing large-scale or high-profile installations is preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to safely work at heights on ladders and aerial lifts.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. and occasionally lift and move up to 100 lbs.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and performing overhead work for extended periods.
• Must have a current, valid driver's license in the state of application and meet company driving standards.
