• Perform advanced troubleshooting and repairs on complex security systems.

• Work closely with Minuteman’s sales, management, and operations teams to best serve customers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in security system installation or a related field.
• Advanced technical knowledge of security systems and network integration.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to mentor and train others.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Advanced certifications, such as CSAA or ASIS, are preferred.
• Certifications in one or two product lines or relevant professional credentials are preferred.
• Experience with high-security installations and complex system integrations is a plus.
• Ability to safely work at heights using ladders and aerial lifts.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. and occasionally up to 100 lbs.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing overhead work.
• Must have a current, valid driver's license in the state of application and meet company driving standards.
