Pavion seeks a talented and motivated Senior Install Technician to join our security division.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, and Project Managers to plan and execute system installations, including remote and onsite meetings, and internal reviews.
2. Provide expertise in onboarding new technologies and workflow documentation related to software integrations.
3. Serve as a technical resource for complex system issues involving access control, CCTV, programming, and intrusion systems, addressing customer concerns and questions.
4. Assist in project scheduling, optimizing efficiency by understanding technicians' skillsets and managing subcontractor partnerships.
5. Develop internal training programs for frequently used products for sales, engineering, and technicians.
6. Train customers at an advanced level on access control and CCTV systems, ensuring full understanding of system functionalities.
7. Collaborate with sales and manufacturers to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
8. Review workloads and schedules regularly to improve process efficiency, and hold project milestone meetings to address challenges and changes.
9. Conduct regular on-site visits to proactively assess customer needs and oversee installations.
10. Assist with system upgrades as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• 2-4 years of experience programming access control and video systems

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of experience in the electronic field with daily use of AC/DC theory
• Advanced knowledge of networking and IT integration

Compensation starts at $30+ per hour, commensurate with experience.
