Job summary

Barnett Signs is seeking an experienced Install Foreman to lead field crews across North Texas. You will ensure crews are prepared, work safely, and deliver high-quality installations.

Responsibilities include pre-trip readiness, coaching crews, enforcing safety standards, inspecting work, troubleshooting field issues, and ensuring equipment and materials are available to complete jobs on time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sign installation experience.
• Valid CDL required.
• Experience leading crews and running sign installations.
• Strong knowledge of cranes, bucket trucks, lifts, rigging, and jobsite safety.
• Dependable leader who communicates well, thinks ahead, and holds a high standard.
• Steady, year-round work.
• Consistent hours and reasonable drive times.
