Job summary

The Aspen Group (TAG) is hiring a Sr. Insights Analyst to join our Marketing organization. The role can be based in Chicago or work remotely, reporting to the TAG Consumer Insights team.

You will lead end-to-end quantitative and qualitative research projects, design studies, and translate findings into actionable insights to guide marketing strategy. Collaboration across teams and vendor management are key aspects of this position.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Marketing, Market Research or Insights.
• Experience on visible cross-functional projects.
• Proactive, curious, and a good listener.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with statistical tools (SPSS or SAS) a plus.
• Experience with customer research panels a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to building and maintaining a prospective patient panel.
• Support development and reporting on ad and copy testing.
• Build relationships across the organization to align on business objectives.
• Synthesize data to uncover insights about customer behavior.
• Collaborate with teams to test and integrate marketing tactics.
