Cribl is seeking a staff-level investigator to join our remote-first team in a hybrid role. You will lead insider threat investigations end-to-end, perform digital and hardware forensics, and support executive protection for travel and events.

You will work with HR, Legal, and executive leadership to mature insider risk, forensics, and physical security programs while maintaining confidentiality and high professional standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience across insider threat investigations, digital/hardware forensics, and physical/executive protection
• Demonstrated experience leading insider risk cases involving sensitive, high-stakes matters
• Hands-on forensic skills with standard tooling (EnCase, FTK, Cellebrite, X-Ways) and hardware-level techniques
• Active certification through IACIS (CFCE) or comparable credentialing body

Responsibilities

• Lead insider risk investigations from detection to closure, including scoping and remediation recommendations
• Brief senior stakeholders with findings while ensuring confidentiality and compliance
• Conduct forensic acquisition and analysis of laptops, mobile devices, and network artifacts
• Provide executive protection coverage for principals during travel and events
