Job summary

Agile Defense is seeking a Senior Mission Assurance Analyst to support an Insider Risk program remotely. The role focuses on insider risk analysis, intelligence synthesis, and triage of potential threats under the guidance of the Insider Risk Program Manager.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in counterintelligence or insider threat work, experience in federal or cleared environments, and preferably CCITP certification and a Top Secret clearance. Collaboration with analytic teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in counterintelligence or insider threat programs.
• Experience in federal or cleared environments with NITTF-aligned/ FBI insider threat standards.
• CCITP certification and Top Secret clearance are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Threat Analysis & Fusion: Review and analyze all-source intelligence to evaluate TTPs against Critical Infrastructure.
• Investigation & Operational Support: Back insider threat investigations and related inquiries; identify leads.
• Insider Risk Detection: Collaborate with analysts using UAM/UBA to surface indicators of compromise.
• Supply chain/partner due diligence for senior leadership reviews.
• Cyber due diligence: assess technology stacks, domains, IPs, and cyber risk factors.
• Briefings & Dissemination: author intelligence reports and threat assessments for stakeholders.
