Qualifications

• 2+ years in cybersecurity, insider threat, fraud, risk analytics or detection engineering.
• Experience with security tools such as SIEM, UEBA, DLP, EDR or identity monitoring.
• Exposure to insurance/financial services or regulatory environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across business units, HR, Legal, Cybersecurity and risk partners to map processes and risks.
• Translate workflows and control gaps into scalable insider threat detection signals.
• Analyze user activity, logs, and behavioral data to identify anomalies and risk indicators.
• Incorporate domain knowledge from insurance/financial services into detection design.
• Work with detection, investigation, and engineering teams to align logic with operations.
• Assess effectiveness of controls and recommend enhancements to coverage.
• Document detection logic, methodologies and assumptions for transparency.
