Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end investigations into insider risk matters, including IP theft and data exfiltration.
• Develop investigative plans, evidence collection, and witness interviews.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and government partners on applicable matters.
• Collaborate with international teams on cross-border investigations and data privacy.
• Manage a portfolio of investigations with varying complexity and jurisdiction.
• Prepare executive-level investigation reports and threat assessments for senior leadership.
• Identify vulnerabilities and translate findings into actionable security recommendations.
• Develop and implement awareness programs to recognize insider threats.
