Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience managing teams and business operations.
• Proven success managing customer relationships, sales operations, and employee development.
• Experience with electronic components distribution.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and distribution operations.
• Familiarity with CRM and business reporting tools.
• Distribution industry operations and best practices.
• Organizational leadership, budgeting, and business management.
• Financial analysis, reporting, and personnel management.
• Customer service excellence and sales process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Service Center personnel, ensuring staffing and performance standards.
• Drive sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction within the territory.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and operational controls.
• Review sales documents and coordinate with Regional Sales Managers.
• Monitor service metrics and drive process improvements.
