Job summary

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate knowledge of age-specific patient care and developmental stages.
• Ability to interpret medical records and develop care plans.
• Strong communication with patients, families, and multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide age-appropriate patient care and meet department policies.
• Evaluate musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, and integumentary systems as needed.
• Develop and monitor care plans, set functional goals, and adjust treatments.
• Educate patients and caregivers with home programs and discharge instructions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and charges.
