Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• BSN required.
• MSN preferred.
• RN licensure for California and active BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Manages operational and clinical nursing leadership for inpatient units.
• Plans and organizes nursing operations to ensure compliant, efficient patient care.
• Develops and manages capital and operating budgets to meet financial targets.
• Builds partnerships with peers, leaders and external agencies for initiatives.
