Job summary

Pace Analytical seeks an on-site Inorganics Manager in Lenexa, KS to lead laboratory and field programs. You will supervise staff, manage schedules and budgets, ensure compliance with regulations, and drive continuous improvement in operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in chemistry/related field and 5 years’ experience with 3 years in supervision. Travel may be involved and a strong focus on customer service and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, environmental science, or closely related field with 5 years’ relevant experience, or equivalent.
• Three years supervisory experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff hiring, training, development, engagement, performance evaluation, and compensation recommendations.
• Oversee schedules, services, results, and related programs to meet goals.
• Lead compliance reviews and interaction with regulatory standards across lab, service, or field operations.
• Resolve escalated customer and operational issues; coordinate with internal/external teams.
