You will manage staff, schedules, and budgets while directing strategy and continuous improvement efforts.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5+ years of leadership experience, and strong knowledge of lab and field operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, environmental science, or closely related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience including leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
• 3 years of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages staff including hiring, training, development, engagement, performance evaluation, and compensation recommendations.
• Oversees scheduling, services, results, and related programs to achieve goals.
• Ensures alignment of leadership and resources across departments.
• Leads program development and policy alignment for lab/field areas.
• Reviews operations, instrumentation, and equipment for compliance with regulations.
