Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain injection molding machines and equipment.
• Perform adjustments, repairs, and emergency response to minimize downtime.
• Support process optimization and reliability improvements.
• Train and coach technicians on operation and maintenance.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and procedures.
