Job summary

ManpowerGroup partners with a well-established company in Cuba City, WI to hire a Senior Project Engineer for plastic injection molding on a hybrid, permanent basis. This role directs new projects, tooling, and APQP activities while collaborating across engineering, manufacturing and QA teams.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Engineering, 3+ years in injection molding, experience with Creo/SolidWorks, and solid GD&T knowledge. PMP is a plus; some travel to customer sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in injection molding and plastics.
• Strong collaboration across multi-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the introduction of new projects through stages and manage engineering changes.
• Oversee tooling and fixture builds and APQP processes.
• Update routings, BOMs, and engineering prints for accuracy.
• Develop quality plans (FMEA, Control Plans, PPAPs) with QA.
• Identify continuous improvement and cost reduction opportunities.
• Travel to customer, vendor locations, or other facilities.
