Job summary

Manpower Engineering is partnering with a well-established company in Cuba City, WI, to recruit a Senior Project Engineer – Plastic Injection Molding. The role will be based in the Wisconsin region with a hybrid work arrangement and relocation assistance available.

The position emphasizes project management, tooling, and continuous improvement within a plastics manufacturing environment. The candidate should have a engineering degree, 3+ years of experience in injection molding, and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; advantage.
• 3+ years of experience in injection molding or related field.
• Solid understanding of injection molding processes for thermoplastics.
• Experience with Mold Flow, mold design, and DFM is a plus.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Proficiency with CAD/CAM tools (Creo/SolidWorks).
• Experience reading and interpreting 2D prints with GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Lead or coordinate the introduction of new projects through APQP stages.
• Manage engineering changes and tool-related manufacturing issues.
• Support continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
• Develop and maintain routings, BOMs, and engineering documentation.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and purchasing to inform proposals.
• Travel to customer, vendor sites, or other company facilities.
